We are looking for:

Strong verbal communication skills

Clean driving record and a valid driver's license

High School diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities:

Apply fertilizer, pesticide treatments, core aeration and lawn over seeding

Meet with current and prospective customers and exceed customer service standards

Provide lawn care quotes

Generate field sales (additional commission rewarded)

Observe and report lawn conditions to customers

Complete daily truck checkout procedures

Participation in the acquisition of new clients through independent lead generation

Get and maintain your pesticide applicator license

Drive company vehicles
